Orders
Browse products on the Curvalux website, select your desired items, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" link and follow the simple and secure payment process.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
- Debit Cards: Visa Debit
- Others: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Payments
Please note that we currently only accept payments in AUD.
At the checkout stage, enter your discount code into the "Discount Code" box and click "Continue" If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
You will receive an email from us confirming your order. This email will include your order number and other important details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

For orders within Australia, we have dedicated delivery services.
International delivery services cover the USA, UK, NZ, Europe, and many other countries.
Sure! You can change your shipping address before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please contact our customer service team (info@curvalux.com.au) as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Standard delivery within Australia takes 3-5 working days. International delivery times vary by country, typically taking 7-21 working days. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link sent to you via email or you can click here to track your order by using your order number and email.
To request a return for store credit, simply use our returns portal by clicking here.
At Curvalux, we prioritize hygiene and quality to ensure our customers receive only the best products. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. For more information, please click here.
Important Notes
- We kindly ask that items be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered, as we want to ensure the best quality for all our customers.
- For hygienic reasons, intimate apparel like briefs and thongs cannot be returned or exchanged.
