To request a return for store credit, simply use our returns portal by clicking.

We hope you choose your items with care, as due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for hosiery, bottoms, or bodysuits/teddies unless they are faulty.

While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections, we want you to adore your purchases! As long as the items meet our return criteria, we're delighted to offer you store credit (minus shipping costs). Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used online. Happy shopping!

Please remember, we only offer refunds which are issued to the original payment method if an item arrives faulty or damaged. 

RETURN PROCESS
  1. Request A Return: To request a return for store credit, simply use our returns portal by clicking. If you have any questions, please email us at [info@curvalux.com.au] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Please kindly pack the item and send it to us using any carrier of your choice within 7 business days. We would appreciate it if you could also provide us with the tracking number once the shipment is made. 
  4. Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to Store Credit.

RETURN CRITERIA

- Item/s must have original tags still attached.

- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused

- Item/s must be unstained and unperfumed

- Item/s must be in its original packaging

- Item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted/received after this timeframe may be denied.

- Item/s are not hosiery, bottoms or a bodysuit/teddy

If the item for exchange does not fulfil the above criteria (for example, tag cut off), the item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

EXCHANGES

Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we are unable to guarantee that the item/s will be in stock when we receive your return. Store credit will automatically be issued for any returns (less the cost of shipping) which you can use to purchase a different size or style online. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

We always try our best to ensure the product you receive is in the best condition and always undertake a thorough check of your garment before it is sent to you. However, if you do receive an item that you believe is faulty, lodge a return request by clicking this link here and providing clear photos of the fault(s). We will assess and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that if the item is deemed faulty, we may reserve the right to repair or replace the item.

IMPORTANT

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges when returning their item/s unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

Curvalux is not responsible for any lost or damaged items for returns during transit.

Shipping/handling fees and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
